At Emerald Tea Tours, we strive to provide the best experience for our guests, and we understand that plans may change. Please review our cancellation policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.
Cancellations 14 Days or More Before Tour Date: Full refund of the tour price.
Cancellations Between 5 to 13 Days Before Tour Date: 50% refund of the tour price.
Cancellations Less Than 5 Days Before Tour Date: No refund will be issued.
Rescheduling: You may request to reschedule your tour up to 5 days before your scheduled tour date without any additional charges, subject to availability.
Changes within 4 Days: Requests to reschedule or modify your tour within 4 days of the tour date may incur a rescheduling fee of up to 25%, depending on availability and the nature of the change.
As payment is collected at the time of booking, no refunds will be issued for no-shows. Guests who fail to attend the scheduled tour without prior notification will forfeit the full tour price.
For group bookings or custom tours, different cancellation policies may apply. Please refer to your individual agreement for specific details. In general:
Group bookings canceled more than 30 days before the scheduled tour are eligible for a full refund.
Group bookings canceled between 15 and 29 days before the tour may receive a 50% refund.
Custom tours may have specific terms outlined at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellations due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will happily rebook you for another available date, with the same value as your original ticket price. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a credit for future use at your convenience.
Emerald Tea Tours is not liable for cancellations or rescheduling due to “acts of God,” government restrictions, pandemics, or other events beyond our control. In such cases, guests may be offered the option to reschedule or receive a credit for future tours, but refunds may not be guaranteed.
Hold on to your cups! All cups should stay safe and snug in your cup holder – we’re on a moving bus, not a coffee shop lounge!
Hot drinks, no drama! Your hot beverages come in nifty insulated cups with screw-on lids, and we kindly ask that you keep the lid on to avoid any accidental splashes on yourself (or your seatmate) – no one likes a hot surprise!
Stay seated, stay smooth! While the bus is cruising, please remain seated. If you need anything, just give a shout – our friendly staff is here to help!
Bathroom break alert! We don’t have toilets onboard (hey, it’s a bus!), so make sure to plan ahead. Convenient public restrooms are available at the start and end of the tour.
